Carolyn Daley Scott has been practicing personal injury law with Power, Rogers & Smith for 10 years. During that time, she has obtained a steady stream of multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements for her clients.

For instance, Daley Scott recently served as co-counsel in a medical malpractice case that resulted in a $10.4 million verdict. Prior to that, she was co-counsel in a wrongful death and personal injury case stemming from a car accident resulting in a $5.5 million verdict. Daley Scott also helped obtain a $4.8 million settlement for a client in a medical malpractice case and a settlement of $3.9 million in a dental malpractice case.
