I visited Lao Sze Chuan (4832 N. Broadway Ave.) in Uptown on a Wednesday evening in August. LSC is a highly rated Chinese chain with celebrity endorsements lining the wall, such as Rahm Emanuel, among others. I appreciated the atmosphere right away. The restaurant is set with booths lining the walls and chairs on the opposite side of adjoining tables.
