A Cook County judge brought the gavel down hard on a plaintiff known for filing rambling, frivolous lawsuits against celebrities.
In a four-page ruling dismissing a lawsuit against Michael Jordan’s ex-wife, Juanita Vanoy Jordan, Circuit Judge Raymond W. Mitchell wrote that unsubstantiated lawsuits harm the court’s ability to serve the public.
