Biotech firm awarded $35M in patent lawsuit
NORFOLK, Va. — A Virginia Beach company has been awarded nearly $35 million in a patent dispute over technology it owns.
A federal court jury earlier this week awarded the money to LifeNet Health following a 10-day trial with a rival company accused of using technology for soft tissue grafts and bone preservation.
