Mail fraud charges hit Wrigley rooftop owner

A Lincolnwood lawyer who operates a rooftop club overlooking Wrigley Field has been accused of withholding hundreds of thousands of dollars in royalties owed to the Chicago Cubs. A federal grand jury on Thursday indicted R Marc Hamid, an owner of Skybox on Sheffield, on four counts of mail fraud. Each count carries a maximum statutory penalty of 20 years in prison.
