An Israeli family that was the target of a terrorist attack sponsored by Iran has lost a bid to force two banks to conduct worldwide searches for assets belonging to the Iranian government.In a written opinion last week, Chief U.S. District Judge Ruben Castillo quashed subpoenas and citations to discover Iranian assets that were served on the Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Ltd. and BNP Paribas by the Leibovitch family.Castillo noted the banks already have unsuccessfully searched the records at their Chicago branches for …
