Former city attorney hit with ARDC complaint

The Illinois Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission has filed a complaint against a former senior city attorney who allegedly withheld an audio recording that was vital to a wrongful-death lawsuit involving city police officers.After the audio came to light, the federal judge presiding over the suit in January slapped sanctions on the attorney and the city and vacated a 2015 verdict in the city’s favor.ARDC Administrator Jerome Larkin filed a two-count complaint on Thursday against Jordan Eric Marsh, 49, …
