ARDC calls for bankruptcy attorney to be disbarred

A panel of the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission has recommended that a Barrington attorney be disbarred in response to a complaint alleging 19 counts of misconduct involving client bankruptcy cases.According to an ARDC Hearing Board report filed Monday, Sean P. Fleming, 41, allegedly mishandled 10 bankruptcy matters over the course of three years, during which he allegedly converted his clients’ filing fees for his personal use, neglected matters, made misrepresentations regarding certain matters …
