High court, bar groups post pro bono survey

SPRINGFIELD — State legal groups and the state’s high court want to hear more about Illinois lawyers’ volunteer experiences.That’s why the Illinois Supreme Court’s Access to Justice Commission and others have put out a survey aiming to gauge the benefits and challenges of pro bono work.An online questionnaire launched this week will help groups in Illinois get a better sense of pro bono trends and what motivates attorneys to donate their time.It will be available through March 10, and even …
