ARDC board: Disbar attorney for unauthorized law practice

An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board has recommended a Chicago attorney be disbarred for allegedly practicing without authorization and for misleading a client about his ability to practice.The board filed a report on Feb. 8 recommending the discipline for sole practitioner Craig Allan Goode, 44.The report comes after a default proceeding in December in which neither Goode nor an attorney on his behalf appeared at the hearing.
