Cozen O’Connor names new Chicago office leader

Cozen O’Connor partner Anne L. Blume has been named a co-managing partner of the firm’s Chicago office.Blume, 54, was a longtime attorney with Meckler Bulger & Tilson before it combined with Cozen in 2015. She will serve in her new role alongside Chicago office co-managing partners Joseph E. Tilson and Tia C.
