SPRINGFIELD — After a rough ending last year, an attempt to regulate daily fantasy sports in Illinois has re-emerged in the Statehouse.House Bill 3633 would create a legal framework for daily fantasy sports contests, popularized by services such as DraftKings and FanDuel, that remain in the legal wilderness in the Land of Lincoln.
