ARDC wants to suspend lawyer who took funds

An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission panel has recommended that a Schaumburg sole practitioner be suspended for taking clients’ money, failing to do any work and then not returning their funds until much later.In a report filed on March 24, an ARDC Hearing Board recommended that Syed Mansoor Khan, 40, be suspended for 18 months and until further order of the court with the suspension stayed after six months by 18 months of probation.The ARDC administrator alleges that in one case Khan accepted a fee …
