An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board has recommended that a Barrington attorney be suspended for two years for his involvement in executing the will of a close family friend who died in 2007 and for allegedly keeping some money from checks he cashed for the friend.The recommendation comes after the attorney was ordered by a Cook County Circuit Court judge in 2008 to repay the estate more than $700,000 of funds he claimed he never took for himself.In a 53-page report filed on March 31, the …
