A satanist who maintains his religious faith allows “all forms of human sexual expression between consenting adults” has lost a challenge to Illinois laws prohibiting bigamy, adultery and fornication.In a written order Monday, U.S. District Judge Amy St. Eve threw out a lawsuit filed by Ken Mayle against Gov.
