A federal jury Wednesday awarded nearly $13.4 million to a man who alleges he was framed for a double murder he did not commit.The jury ordered six current or former Chicago police officers to pay Deon Patrick $13.3 million in actual damages and a total of $90,000 in punitive damages.The jury found in favor of three other people named as defendants in Patrick’s lawsuit.Patrick, who wore a cross and a photograph of his late mother on separate chains around his neck, began weeping as the verdict was read.He was still …
