The Illinois Supreme Court has suspended a Chicago attorney after he allegedly took $243,000 from three clients, forging a document in one case to convince a client more than $203,000 he took went toward buying back a property lost to foreclosure.On Tuesday, the court entered an order suspending Baltazar Mendoza, 53, a sole practitioner who is listed as having a practice at 3701 S.
