Hazy timeline doesn’t undermine child endangerment conviction

Prosecutors presented sufficient evidence in support of a child-endangerment conviction for a woman who left her 6-month-old baby alone in a car for about an hour, a state appeals panel ruled Tuesday.The 1st District Appellate Court upheld the conviction despite acknowledging the facts leading up to Sara Rudell’s arrest for child endangerment and public intoxication remain in dispute.
