As United deal lands, city will coast

The city of Chicago will not face legal action for the Aviation Department’s role in forcefully removing a passenger from a United Airlines plane at O’Hare International Airport flight earlier this month.Tucked away within the confidential settlement between Dr. David Dao and United was a provision that released the city of any and all liability, according to Corboy & Demetrio P.C. partner Thomas A.
