Governor reviewing bill to help juveniles expunge their records

A correction has been made.SPRINGFIELD — A bill on the governor’s desk would make it easier for a person to expunge his or her juvenile record.House Bill 3817 was passed out of the House and Senate chambers at the legislature’s scheduled end of session last week.
