A new survey from the Legal Services Corp. released Wednesday highlighted the dearth of civil legal resources Americans living at or below 125 percent of the federal poverty level.In its report, the LSC found that low-income Americans receive inadequate or no legal help for 86 percent of the civil legal problems they encounter in a given year.
