A Wisconsin inmate who was disciplined for placing an advertisement seeking help getting Asatru recognized as a legitimate religion has lost another round in his civil rights case.A divided 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday declined to revive a lawsuit accusing prison officials of violating Thaddeus Jason Karow’s First Amendment rights.Karow was placed in segregation at the New Lisbon Correctional Institution in central Wisconsin and charged with misconduct after placing an ad in June 2013 in a monthly …
