A federal appeals court Monday granted an inmate’s request to correct a misstatement in its opinion upholding a co-defendant’s conviction in a botched bank robbery.The 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals changed a sentence in the opinion it issued in Deandre Armour’s case that erroneously said Duryea Rogers testified against Armour.Rogers, who pleaded guilty in the robbery attempt, refused to take the witness stand in Armour’s trial in federal court in Indianapolis.He was concerned when the 7th …
