CBA forms regulatory committee

The Chicago Bar Association is forming a committee that will help lawyers and other professionals keep businesses current through regulatory changes.Vaishali S. Rao, a partner at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP who was tapped to chair the group’s Regulatory and Compliance Committee, said it will be composed of both lawyer and non-lawyer members.
