ARDC: Attorney set up hidden camera, filmed coworker undressing

The Illinois Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission has filed a complaint against a Chicago attorney who pled guilty last year to a charge of unauthorized videotaping after he allegedly recorded another attorney at his firm undressing in his office on several occasions.In a complaint served this week, the ARDC administrator has called for attorney Michael Thomas Herbst, 35, to be disciplined for engaging in misconduct when he allegedly set up a hidden camera in his colleague’s office and recorded the …
