Discipline board urges suspension over use of funds

An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board has found that a Rockford personal-injury attorney should be suspended for engaging in misconduct that included mishandling nearly $125,000 in clients’ personal-injury settlement funds.The ARDC administrator alleged in what was originally a six-count complaint that Gordon Charles Ring, 65, a solo practitioner, mishandled multiple client matters.
