Attorney might face suspension over escrow use

An Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Review Board has called for a Chicago attorney to be suspended for 60 days for allegedly using about $7,000 of his clients’ escrow funds.In a report filed last week, the review board agreed with the same discipline recommended previously by an ARDC Hearing Board that calls for attorney William S. Bazianos, 51, currently of counsel at Roeser Bucheit & Graham LLC, to be suspended.The alleged misconduct dates back to 2014 had his own solo practice, which he has …
