A U.S. District Court judge has ruled in favor of plaintiffs who are challenging the First Amendment protections of a website that charges individuals fees for removing their mugshots from the site.In an order issued last week, Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman refused to dismiss the lawsuit against Mugshots.com, Unpublisharrest.com and the sites’ owners, which argued the content of the sites is protected by the First Amendment.The case, Gabiola, et al v.
