Lawyer suspended for neglecting clients, failing to safeguard funds

The Illinois Supreme Court has suspended Schaumburg solo practitioner Syed Mansoor Khan immediately and until further order of the court at the request of the Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission.In addition to the latest action, the ARDC is currently considering two pending disciplinary matters regarding Khan’s alleged misconduct.In both matters, Khan is accused of failing to safeguard clients’ money, neglecting cases and failing to cooperate in a disciplinary investigation.Khan, 40, first …
