$1.5M deal for forklift leg injury

A man who sustained leg injuries in a Bensenville forklift incident has settled his personal-injury case for $1.5 million.In 2015, plaintiff George Grozdev sued forklift driver Antonio Martinez, Central States Logistics Inc., Central States Trucking Co. and Forward Air Inc., alleging Martinez caused Grozdev’s right leg injury.On May 18, 2015, Grozdev was working at the Central States Trucking facility in Bensenville.
