Husband-and-wife attorneys in Virginia were found guilty last year for their respective roles in invading the home of a firm managing partner and brutally torturing him — and the wife won’t be able to practice law in Illinois anytime soon. On Wednesday, the Illinois Supreme Court entered orders suspending both Andrew Gilbert Schmuhl and Alecia Marie Schmuhl on an interim basis and until further order of the court.
