Retired lawyer faces disbarment on seven counts

An Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board has called for the disbarment of a retired Chicago attorney.The attorney was found by the board to have taken a total of nearly $20,000 from three different clients.The ARDC panel also found that John F. Dziedziak, who was a partner at Dziedziak & Marcus P.C., misled clients when he continued to represent them after he was no longer authorized to practice law.The panel, in its report filed Nov. 17, agreed with the disbarment recommendation of the ARDC …
