Bad bookkeeping could net lawyer second suspension

The Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission Hearing Board has called for the suspension of a Chicago attorney who was charged with failing to secure client funds and keeping complete records of his client trust account.The hearing board recommended Leo M. Bleiman, sole practitioner at Leo M. Bleiman & Associates, be suspended for a year with suspension deferred after two months.
